Announcing a new workshop! The Photographic Landscape of the Wrangell Mountains. I’ll be leading this 5-day photographic exploration of Wrangell St. Elias National Park this September 3-8 in the remote community of McCarthy. The workshop is in collaboration with the Wrangell Mountain Center and will be based out of their facility in McCarthy. For 5 days we’ll study creative landscape composition, explore the mountains, and historic communities of Kennecott and McCarthy, and make lots of photos. The autumn colors should be at their peak. Can’t imagine a better time to be in the mountains with a camera.
Cost is only $575 which includes lunch and dinner each day. I’ll update with registration details through the Wrangell Mountain Center as soon as they are available. In the mean time, feel free to email me (dave AT wildimagephoto.com) with questions, to get on the list, or find out more information.
Can’t wait, it’s gonna be awesome.
